Doctor C's Medical Guide is a tremendous medical reference guide for the ordinary person. Through the entire book Dr. Ciabattoni did a very nice job of explaining and illustrating common ailments and other health concerns in layman's terminology. This is a must buy reference guide that every home should have.
I had Dr. C as my doctor for over 20 years and if you think the book was good imagine him as your doctor!! He was (is) the best there could be!

Doctor C's Medical Guide provides a nicely laid out Table of Contents for ease of use when looking up a specific aliment in a hurry. It also includes concise illustrations that are easy to understand and the Illustration List is conveniently located at the beginning of the book.
The size of the book makes it compact enough to carry with you to work in your brief case, in the flap of your carry on bag when traveling and it fits easily on any size bookshelf in the family library.
It also makes an excellent Holiday Gift.

I received this medical guide as a gift. It is very useful! I referenced it right away when I came home from a cruise with gastroenteritis. I was able to quickly get the information I needed to treat my symptoms and also knew what to look for to determine if it was something more serious. Since I really appreciated the gift I've been giving copies as gifts to my friends. I highly recommend this book if you are looking for sound medical advice!
